You may want to place geometry on a different layer. Use the Move Items to Layer tool to accomplish this.

Be careful when moving lines, polylines and curves. The end points and curve points will not automatically go with them when moved.

Using the Tool

Select the items that you want to move to another layer.

Select the layer you want to move the selected items to. If you have more than one pattern in the Fashioner, you can move to a layer on a different pattern, too.

The program will confirm that the items have been moved.
