Deleting points is something that you may need to do occasionally. You need to be very careful when doing it, as it can result in many unintended consequences. 

Select one or more points to delete.

You will be presented with a very large warning as follows:

• All lines and curves connected to these points will be deleted.
• Linked points will be unlinked.
• If these points are part of a dart, the dart reference will be removed and the dart can not be manipulated in the future.

The points will be removed, as will all attached geometry.
