This is a free very fitted bodice front sloper pattern for adults with an X build. It is a waist length bodice. The bust dart is split between the center front neck point and waist on the front pattern. 

If the measurement set's waist circumference exceeds the bust circumference, this pattern draft will fail.

There is no ease added to this draft. Use the bust/chest ease and across front ease values to add wearing or design ease.
